The State of Mexico wanted any citizen to be able to see how public projects were going. The information existed, but it lived scattered across opaque systems that were hard to navigate.
A public transparency platform with interactive state maps, 38+ data filters, visual dashboards, and agency comparison tools. I built it with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Today, citizens and officials check planning data for the entire state in real time, without having to ask anyone for a report.

To analyze a single stock, a trader jumped between charts, news, and indicators across five different tools. Slow, and opportunities don't wait.
An AI-powered trading platform that analyzes every stock from five angles at once, with live charts, one-click orders, and automatic tax reports.
Traders see the full picture on a single screen and decide in minutes what used to take them hours.
Buenocell
New regulation in Mexico required Buenocell, a mobile carrier, to keep strict control of its phone lines: every link, lookup, and unlink has to be recorded. Doing it by hand was not an option.
Their complete platform: a public portal where users link, look up, and unlink their own line, plus an internal panel where the team manages lines, holders, requests, incidents, and audit logs in one place.
Buenocell complies with the law without friction: users handle their own paperwork and the daily line operation runs from a single panel, with full traceability.
GSG Supply
GSG Supply imports industrial products and parts, and their process lived scattered across emails and spreadsheets: quoting, purchasing, importing, and delivering were separate worlds.
A system that covers the whole flow in one place: case files, quotes, purchases, logistics, and delivery, with roles, audit logs, and a control center that shows money in flight and operational risks.
The team follows every order from quote to delivery without losing the thread, with real-time visibility into margin, pipeline, and logistics risks.
